Word For The Day #244

Originally?

Originally?

Analyzing the issues of life and began to dwell on a topic, why do people change?

i guess many people who knew me earlier have all said this very short and simple sentence to me before and sometimes i too wonder why do people change, whether for better or for worse. Change is still the very constant of our life. Whether seen changes or the unseen ones.

Why do people stop loving and why do people stop serving? Many changes are brought about by the issue of love. As the faithful saying goes, the heart of the matter is always the matter of the heart.

i use to always say this to my ex-W341 members, that love is a decision and no one really falls out of love. it's just that somewhere along the line whether is it knowingly or unknowingly they made a decision in their heart to stop loving and to stop allowing themselves to feel hurt by the other person causing an emotional shutdown on the inside, hence love cannot flow. However, the root of the matter is not the decision itself but instead, its the 'thing' that causes the 'inner vow' to be made.

After my analogy, i concluded one of the root that will cause the love to die. Losing all forms of passion and willingness to keep on loving. (Pls note that this is base on MY analogy and you may have your own analogy too. Pls also note that this is just ONE of the root.)

When things are brought out of their original purpose or usage, it causes a mis-use of the item or in another word, abuse. People always say that love got to have 'chemistry', so i am going to bring my analogy to a reference of medicine.

Medicine (drugs) are created for our benefit but yet when there's drug abuse, people experience side effects that are not expected. Even water, one of the healthiest drink, when taken too much it will cause your iron level to drop and taken to an extreme it can even be fatal.

Have you ever mis-used the trust; the love; the willingness; the faithfulness that people have for you? The signs and symptoms of abuse are, when they stop trusting you; stop loving you as much as they used to or would want to; decrease in willingness to serve and do favors for you; drop in the level of faithfulness over the things you place over them and entertaining the thoughts of leaving or moving on. And this can cause a fatal death on the relationship over prolonged period of time.
